Remember it on exam day.
You can answer hundreds of practice questions and still blank in the exam room. When you answer, you also say how sure you are, before you see whether you got it right. BannerPass uses both to bring the topic back around the time you'd start to forget it.
Works in your phone's browser. The Android and iPhone apps are on the way.
Soil pH is a measure of the concentration of which ion in the soil solution?
Try it. The interval is worked out by the same scheduler the app uses.
Same first answer, different schedules
A correct guess isn't much proof that you know something, so it comes back soon. A confident right answer can wait a few days. Being wrong while sure is treated as a misconception: you see the explanation before you try again.
| How sure you were | If right, back in | If wrong, back in |
|---|---|---|
| Guessing | 30 minutes | 12 hours |
| Not sure | 1 day | 10 hours |
| Fairly sure | 2 days | 6 hours |
| Very sure | 4 days | 4 hours |
How it works day to day
- Start with a diagnostic
- A short set of questions across every subject in your exam, so your first review starts from what you already know.
- Review a little every day
- Tell us how many minutes you have. Topics you're about to forget come first, then the ones you keep missing, then new material.
- See where you stand
- Progress by subject shows which topics you're keeping and which you're forgetting. Board readiness shows how much you've covered and kept. It doesn't predict your PRC result.
